A leading pharmaceutical industry client faced the challenge of aligning their North American fleet strategy with global sustainability targets. The company recognized the need to reduce emissions and enhance efficiency while also achieving long-term cost savings. To meet these objectives, they required a comprehensive approach that would ensure compliance with corporate sustainability commitments and deliver measurable financial benefits.

To address the client’s needs, our team performed a model-year planning exercise, comparing a range of ICE, hybrid, and EV vehicle selector options across multiple OEMs. The analysis placed a strong emphasis on both total cost of ownership (TCO) and environmental performance metrics, including projected fuel economy and CO₂ grams per kilometer.

In addition, the program identified the most effective hybrid vehicle options for both salespeople and managers. We developed a three-year replacement strategy to encourage faster adoption and maximize the fleet’s transition in the very first year, ensuring momentum despite external challenges.
