Our team works diligently to bring you current updates on the macroeconomic forces affecting the fleet vehicle industry with our quarterly Trends Fleet Report.

Added electric vehicle attributes, such as powertrain and emission types visible in reports and analytics. This helps to easily distinguish between ICE and EV inventory.

2024 Global Electrification Report: Accelerating fleet decarbonization
RMI and the Element-Arval Global Alliance (EAGA) collaborated to analyze our global fleet data to bring various decarbonization tactics to light. This report makes assessments and recommendations, such as fleet electrification, reducing idling and ways to help fleet operators and managers support both financial and carbon reduction initiatives.

2024 Sustainability Report
Our planet We are making progress towards our goal of electrifying our internal fleet, with Australia and New Zealand achieving 100% electrification in 2024.
Our science-based targets have been approved by the Science Based Targets Initiative, reinforcing our commitment to meaningful climate action. As of 2023, we have achieved a 44% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions from our base year.
Our people Our safety products contributed to more than 10,500 vehicle collision accidents being prevented and $61M in repair spend avoided.
We are proud of the diversity in our workforce that is made up of 51% women and 24% racially and/or ethnically diverse people.
Our business Central to our commitment to sustainability is our dedication to accountability and transparency, which included the alignment of our disclosures to the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures Framework (TCFD).
Our communities Our commitment to making a positive impact, and fostering environments where everyone can thrive, continues to be unwavering. Our member volunteer hours alone increased by 30% over the previous year totalling more than 2,700 hours.

Our Australia and New Zealand teams had a remarkable year with a record net promoter score (NPS) of +62. Deeply committed to exceptional client experience, we adopted the innovative new Folio platform to enhance risk management and efficiency.
To digitize and strengthen our fleet management services, we introduced the AutoGuru platform, simplifying supplier quote submissions and approvals for maintenance management. Our continued dedication to leadership and inclusivity earned us three LearnX awards, AWEI Gold and certifications such as Work180 and Rainbow Tick.
Our dedicated team increased the total number of vehicles under management to over 145,000. We launched Driver Care Connect to continue our focus on improving driver safety.
Through exceptional efforts, the team also identified substantial savings of $3.25 billion MXN (Mexican pesos) for our clients, ensuring cost-effectiveness and further enhancing our global reputation as industry leaders.
This has been a stellar year for our Global Alliance, celebrating 30 years expanding its presence to 56 countries, with an exciting future on the horizon. Together, we launched our Global Mobility Barometer, a significant initiative uniting fleet industry insights across our international offices.
